Solutions · HCBS
HCBS software that treats the waiver world as the main case, not an edge case.
Home and community-based services run on assignments, visits, documentation, and the ability to answer for all three years later. ClientCentric was built from inside that world — community and remote services are first-class, and services that don't require EVV say 'not applicable', never 'failed'.
The HCBS day, connected
The morning starts with an assignment, not a login hunt. Assigning a client to a staff member is what grants access to that client’s record — end the assignment and the access ends with it, immediately. The visit is scheduled, clocked, and documented in the same system, so the hours on the timesheet are a consequence of the work rather than a second thing somebody types from memory.
- Awake and asleep overnight services scheduled without workarounds
- Community and remote visits as first-class service types
- Visit exceptions — late clock-in, missing clock-out, unexpected location — queued for judgement, never silently dropped
- Documentation completion computed over everything, not just the clean visits
- Consents tracked with expiry and surfaced before they lapse

Honest EVV states. Exceptions carry their evidence and wait for judgement; services with no verification requirement read “not applicable”; and the external aggregator connection states its real status — nothing is implied that has not occurred.
What is and is not connected
ClientCentric captures verification evidence at the visit and prepares records in the shape a state aggregator expects. Where a state uses an aggregator, transmission is configured per deployment and described as connected only after it is verified for your agency — the demo shows this status honestly, and so do we.
